Warrior Bulbine Natalensis is a 4:1 Extract (4x Strength) bulbine natalensis supplement. Bulbine Natalensis is a herb indigenous to South Africa and It's Zulu name in traditional African use is ibhucu, Afrikaners call it rooiwortel.
Directions
As a food supplement, take 1 Capsule upon waking. Effective dose is considered 50mg/kg of body weight. 80kg male = 2 caps daily max, 120kg male = 3 caps daily max, taken split throughout the day. Do not exceed the recommended daily amount unless directed by a physician.
