Recommended Usage:
As a dietary supplement, mix 1 scoop (6.5g) in 150ml of water and stir or shake. If you're a regular user of pre-workouts and used to potent energy drinks, you may mix 2 full scoops (13g) with 300ml of cold water and stir or shake. Consume 20 minutes pre-workout. Do not exceed 2 scoops (13g) per day!
